A human-sized company, specialised in Kitchen Fitting, established for 25 years, is looking for its showroom in Crissier (VD)
An EXPERIENCED KITCHEN DESIGNER / SALES ASSISTANT (M/F)
Passionate about fittings, with a creative mind, solution-oriented and customer satisfaction focused, come join our team.
You will be fully dedicated to our clients: appointment reception, design, costing and signing of new or renovation projects, for private and professional customers.
Appointment scheduling, order management and invoicing are the responsibility of your colleagues.

Your profile:
- Significant experience in kitchen and interior fittings
- Experience in sales techniques and advice
- Ability to listen and analyse needs
- Computer literacy (knowledge of Winner is an asset)
- Team spirit
- Excellent presentation and oral and written communication skills (fluency in English appreciated)
- Enthusiastic, caring, flexible personality
Your mission:
- Welcome, support and advise customers
- Propose personalised, aesthetic and technical solutions
- Create plans and 3D designs
- Cost and follow up offers
- Negotiate and conclude order taking
- Ensure a customer experience
- Take measurements and advise customers at home
- Actively contribute to the commercial development of the showroom (maintaining the exhibition, updating and showcasing products)
- Participate in factory visits and supplier training
- Collaborate with internal teams
- Convey the company’s image of quality and reliability
Our conditions:
100% activity rate - 42 hours/week
Presence on Saturdays from 09:00 to 13:00 – 1 day off during the week
Salary over 13 months to be agreed according to experience
Parking space available
Start date: immediately or to be agreed
