About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Wheat Trader to join our international trading team.
In this role, you will take an active position in the wheat markets across the EU and Black Sea regions, identifying opportunities, executing trades, and managing positions within defined limits. You will work at the heart of the market—balancing supply and demand, navigating price volatility, and driving trading performance.
This is a hands-on role with real exposure to P&L, where you will collaborate closely with experienced traders, logistics, and risk teams while building your own market view and network.
Your Responsibilities
Execute and develop wheat trading strategies in international markets
Identify arbitrage opportunities and translate them into profitable trades
Build and grow relationships with customers, brokers, and counterparties
Analyze market dynamics (supply, demand, flows, pricing, and risk)
Manage positions and contribute to hedging strategies (futures & cash)
Monitor and steer shipment flows in close coordination with logistics
Stay on top of market developments and share actionable insights
What You Bring
Minimum 2+ years of experience in commodity trading, preferably in wheat
Strong understanding of agricultural markets and trading fundamentals
Experience with risk management and hedging instruments is a plus
Familiarity with EU & Black Sea trading flows and logistics routes is a strong advantage
Sharp commercial instincts and confidence in decision-making
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
