As part of a temporary reinforcement due to increased activity, we are looking for a Junior Sales Administration Manager (M/F).
Junior Sales Administration Manager (M/F) - Temporary Assignment
- You hold a recently obtained Federal VET Diploma from an apprenticeship contract in Switzerland
- You are comfortable with IT tools and have ideally already worked with an ERP (knowledge of SAP is an advantage);
- You are a responsive, organised person capable of managing priorities;
- You enjoy teamwork and interacting with various stakeholders.
- To meet our client’s needs, we favour applications from individuals already established in Switzerland and available to start promptly.
- Service-oriented and good interpersonal skills;
- Accuracy and reliability in handling information;
- Team spirit and a positive attitude;
- Ability to adapt quickly to a new environment.
- Entry and monitoring of sales orders in the IT system;
- Preparation of documents necessary for shipments;
- Coordination of dispatches with internal export billing and transport teams;
- Administrative follow-up of operations to guarantee efficient and timely processing.
