To support the development of the railway sector within our company, we are looking to recruit a JUNIOR RAILWAY WORKS SUPERVISOR at 100% to join our dynamic team at the Saint-Légier (VD) branch.

Your mission

• Plan, organise and monitor railway works on various sites

• Master the contractual aspect and follow-up of tenders. Be able to negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers

• Work as part of a team and inspire confidence

• Be responsible for monitoring the safety of your worksites

• Participate in meetings with various representatives

Your key skills

• You hold the Federal Foreman / Works Supervisor Certificate or an equivalent qualification, and/or have one year’s experience in a similar role

• You possess excellent knowledge of metre gauge and standard gauge tracks, as well as the Swiss railway network

• You have a valid driving licence. Possession of the SBB APT is an advantage

• You are able to manage stress and enforce safety strictly

• You are willing to work irregular hours (nights and weekends)
