We are looking for a new team member in the role as

# **Junior Quality Engineer  (m/f/d)- 100%** #

## **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES** ##

* Perform capability studies on critical processes.
* Support quality improvement, CAPA, and non-conformance activities.
* Monitor processes and analyze operational data for optimization.
* Conduct first article inspections and maintain visual aids.
* Prepare defect analysis reports and support MRB activities.
* Assist with internal and external audits.
* Perform line and product audits.
* Participate in continuous improvement (CAC) initiatives.
* Support Quality Engineering in APQP.
* Follow all safety, health, and security procedures.

## **YOUR BACKGROUND** ##

* Bachelor-s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
* Experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, or process engineering is an advantage.
* Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methods (e.g., SPC, capability studies).
* Understanding of CAPA, NC processes, APQP, and audit methodologies.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-interpretation skills.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively across teams.
* High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
* Ability to follow established procedures and comply with safety and security requirements.
