Your tasks

• Responsible for a real estate portfolio with the support of a manager or group leader
• Entry and exit condition reports during property enhancement and tenant changes
• Personal and telephone support for tenants, owners, and caretakers
• Ensuring building maintenance in accordance with the management contract
• Periodic inspection of properties with preparation of corresponding condition reports
• Processing lease modifications and rent adjustments, including indexed rents
• Coding of creditor invoices
• Supervision of current rent policy and advising owners on setting market rents

Your profile

• Commercial apprenticeship with a Federal VET Diploma or equivalent training
• Federal diploma as a property manager (or in progress) or further training in real estate
• Several years of professional experience as a management assistant or junior property manager
• Fluency in French, both spoken and written, with good writing skills
• Digital affinity and ability to actively participate in change
• Strong customer orientation and relationship management in a partnership style
• Entrepreneurial mindset and approach with good interpersonal skills
