Junior Marketing Project ManagerAn independent publisher specializing in health, Biosanté Éditions designs rigorous content for an audience that wants to understand and act on their health in an informed way.Marketing Project Manager - JuniorWithin our Marketing-Technical team, we are looking for our next Marketing Project Manager with a Master's degree and at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.You enjoy working in a team on technical aspects and marketing campaigns.Rigorous and flexible, you are able to adapt to several tools and to a constantly evolving business.Organized, you can manage several tasks and projects simultaneously while taking into account deadlines and priorities.Autonomous, you are able to make proposals regarding customer journeys as well as challenge the content sent to readers/subscribers.An essential taste for technical digital tools (CRM, CMS, tracking, SQL, etc.).Curiosity for tools and uses related to AI and new technologies.A taste for writing work is a plus.An open mind and an interest in health is a plus.Under the responsibility of the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for the following missions:- Collaborate with an editorial project manager and/or a marketing project manager, you will ensure the management of sales campaigns, participate in product launches by creating sales/registration paths (order forms, landing pages, product sheets, etc.).- Actively participate in the turnover of Biosanté Éditions via the optimization of existing sales campaigns, the implementation of gauntlets, sending opportunistic emails, additional sales on paths, etc.- Send newsletters and content to subscribers while respecting the campaign schedule and the proper online publication of articles and product sheets on the various Biosanté Éditions sites.- Participate in the drafting of advertising messages, in the production of short sales texts.- Ensure the reporting of your activity, monitor KPIs, identify levers.- Previous experience in emailing tools (mastery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus)- Mastery of Wordpress, HTML, CSS, and SQL is a plus- Impeccable level of French in writing and speaking- A second language is a plus (Italian, German, English)Position details:- Full time (100%)- Permanent contract- Targeted start: asap- Location: Lausanne (Switzerland)- 40 minutes from Geneva (airport), 3h40 from Paris (TGV)Benefits- Dynamic startup spirit environment and strong resources made available to accelerate growth- Possibility of teleworking 2 days per week (Tuesday and Friday) after the trial period- Enriching, stimulating work and the possibility of developing new skills- Premises ideally located in the city center- Quality of life: a dozen ski resorts accessible in winter, lake at 25° and mountains in summer jid078663eaen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
