We put people at the heart of our activities: after all, our technicians can solve problems, but they still don't know how to make a good coffee!Junior IT Support TechnicianToday, we are looking for a Junior N1 Support Technician to join our client's team in Geneva.Role:- Respond to technical requests and incidents: analysis, diagnosis, escalation, or resolution according to established procedures.- Process support tickets and ensure follow-up quality.- Manage software and solution renewals, SSO, etc., in accordance with the Group Technology department's processes.- Effectively prioritize tasks according to needs.- Actively contribute to the update, monitoring, and maintenance of the group's software and security solutions.- Participate in the deployment of new solutions and in the technical transfer phase, ensuring excellent collaboration with internal teams and the technology community.Desired profile:- Degree in X technologies or equivalent.- Minimum 1 year of professional experience, ideally in support.- Mastery of Python or Bash to automate repetitive tasks for increased efficiency.- Curiosity, autonomy, sense of responsibility, and agility.- Solid general IT knowledge and project experience.- Proficiency in Windows and Unix environments.- Experience in a technical engineering context and analytical mindset, rigor, and attention to detail.- Experience in a multicultural context is appreciated.- Excellent command of English (written and spoken); another language is a plus.Professionalism is required at all stages of the recruitment process at API: Let's get started!
