## Job Description ##

* Perform administrative tasks such as scanning and uploading ID documents into our HR system
* Complete Excel files with personal data for benefits enrollment
* Run reports from our HR system (training will be provided)
* Create PowerPoint presentations including organizational charts and structures
* Support payroll activities by aggregating data from Excel files and preparing documents for benefit providers
* Collaborate with the team and proactively offer support where needed

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Junior-level candidate with excellent Excel skills
* Curious, proactive, and eager to take initiative
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced and confidential environment
* Flexible availability (possibility to reduce to 3-4 days/week depending on workload)
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

## What's on Offer ##
