Junior Field Sales Representative, French-speaking Switzerland region, 100% (m/f)

Join our team as a junior field sales representative! If you have a knack for communication and know how to maintain and develop customer relationships, if you enjoy finding creative solutions and have already proven yourself in field sales, then you are exactly the person we need. We need your enthusiasm for customer advice, tailor-made solutions, and their implementation!

Your tasks

• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers through regular visits, communication, and support to deepen and expand business relationships in your assigned sales area
• Careful drafting and follow-up of offers until the sale is concluded
• Identifying and approaching new customers through active research and initial contact to present our innovative solutions
• Negotiating prices, payment terms, and other contractual details
• Processing orders in collaboration with other departments to ensure customer requirements are fully and timely met
• Sales promotion measures in collaboration with the sales manager
• Handling complaints
• Assembly, repairs, and maintenance work on flagpoles and flag systems
• Close collaboration with your colleagues in administrative services, the graphic department, and production
• Participation in internal meetings focused on product development and customer relations

What you bring

• You live in French-speaking Switzerland
• Completed training
• You speak French (native language) and German (minimum B1 level)
• Some professional experience in sales, preferably in field service
• Proficiency in MS Office programmes
• Manual dexterity
• A sense of proportions and technical solutions
• A talent for communication with customers and prospecting
• An analytical mind and a structured, precise working method

You will work remotely and in the field, in your sales region. Once a month, you will travel to our site in Wohlen (AG) for a sales meeting.
