## Job Description ##

* Perform failure analysis and root cause investigations.
* Establish and execute test plans for electronic systems.
* Collect, organize, and analyze test results.
* Validate digital signals (levels, timings, statistical analysis).
* Validate ADC performance and voltage regulators (LDO, DCDC).
* Benchmark performance of active and passive electronic components.
* Troubleshoot hardware and firmware issues.
* Prepare and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) for fabrication.
* Support sensor and motor control for test fixtures.
* Develop and integrate test fixtures.

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience, or Technician with 5+ years.
* Proficient in reading schematics and navigating multilayer PCBs.
* Hands-on experience with lab equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer, multimeter, soldering iron).
* Comfortable reworking SMT parts down to 0402.
* Experience with scripting and automation.
* Strong organizational and team collaboration skills.
* Good spoken communication in French or English.
* Flexible and rigorous in task execution.
* Self-motivated and autonomous with a proactive mindset.
* Comfortable asking questions and seeking support when needed.
* Experience with EMC testing and Python is a plus.
