The role of Strategic Support Head of Consulting & Project Services supports the division management in strategic, conceptual and operational matters. The focus is on the substantive preparation of decisions, the coordination of central initiatives, and ensuring a structured, effective implementation of strategic and organisational topics.


What to expect:

Strategic Support & Decision-Making Foundations

  • Substantive preparation, analysis and processing of decision-making foundations for the Head of Consulting & Project Services

  • Collaboration in the further development of the division strategy and derivation of concrete measures

  • Preparation of presentations, management reports, business cases and decision documents

Control & Coordination

  • Coordination of cross-divisional initiatives, programmes and strategic projects

  • Follow-up of measures, resolutions and strategic initiatives (including status tracking)

  • Interface function between Consulting, Project Services and other relevant units

Operational Excellence & Organisational Development

  • Support in the further development of structures, processes and governance models

  • Preparation, moderation and follow-up of management meetings, workshops and retreats

  • Identification of optimisation potentials in workflows, control mechanisms and collaboration

Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Structured preparation of complex content for different target groups (management, executives, teams)

  • Support of internal communication on strategic topics, initiatives and decisions

  • Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

What you bring:

Professional

  • Completed university degree (e.g. business administration, business informatics, engineering or comparable)

  • Experience in consulting, project management, business management or a comparable strategic role desirable

  • Very good understanding of consulting and project organisations

  • Experience in preparing management presentations and decision documents
