## Job Description ##

In this role, you will be involved in both **strategic** and **operational** purchasing activities:


*

Define and manage the supplier panel for indirect categories.
*

Develop KPIs, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
*

Conduct sourcing activities and supplier audits.
*

Manage purchase orders and follow-up, ensuring compliance and delivery.
*

Handle claims, lead negotiations on pricing, general and specific conditions.
*

Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand needs and provide value.

## The Successful Applicant ##

*

**Education**: Degree in Business, complemented with a Master's in Purchasing / Supply Chain. An Industrial Engineering background may also be considered if combined with relevant purchasing experience.
*

**Experience**: Junior-level position, requiring **a minimum of 2 years of experience in indirect procurement** (industrial or non-industrial).
*

**Languages**: Excellent command of **English and French** is mandatory.
*

Experience in **luxury, retail, cosmetics or related sectors** will be highly valued.
*

Strong interpersonal skills: proactive, curious, fast learner, and service-oriented towards internal clients.
