Joiner Estimator 100% Permanent Contract (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Carry out price studies and prepare offers for various joinery projects
• Analyse technical files and select the most suitable solutions to meet clients’ needs
• Consult suppliers and subcontractors within the framework of tenders
• Negotiate purchasing conditions and optimise project costs
• Calculate production times and resources necessary for the completion of works
• Participate in bid opening sessions and award negotiations
• Ensure commercial follow-up of files, client reminders, and coordination of deadlines

Profile

• Joiner Federal VET Diploma complemented by higher education in the joinery field
• Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar or responsible role
• Excellent mastery of costing and price studies in the joinery sector
• Good knowledge of industry software
• Fluent in French; another language is an asset
