As part of our development, we are looking for a Professional Coffee Machine Repair Technician to strengthen our team.
Job Offer – Professional Coffee Machine Repair Technician
Your Mission
You will ensure the installation, maintenance, and repair of professional coffee machines as well as associated equipment for our clientele.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Preventive maintenance and servicing of coffee machines and professional grinders.
- Fault diagnosis and repairs on-site or in our workshop.
- Installation and commissioning of new equipment.
- Installation of water filtration and treatment systems.
- Advice, follow-up, and technical support for our professional clients.
- Participation in the on-call service according to a set schedule.
Your Profile

You identify with the following qualities:
- Vocational training such as CFC (electricity, industrial maintenance, automotive mechanic, or equivalent training).
- Experience in maintaining professional coffee machines is a real advantage.
- Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Honesty, integrity, and transparency in the performance of your duties.
- Punctuality and reliability, with strict respect for schedules, commitments, and deadlines.
- Team spirit, a sense of mutual support, and a desire to contribute to a positive working atmosphere.
- Respect for procedures, company directives, and intervention schedules.
- Excellent ability to manage stress and remain calm during urgent interventions.
- A service-oriented attitude, politeness, courtesy, and kindness towards clients as well as colleagues and management.
- Autonomous, organised, rigorous, and conscientious about quality work.
- Category B driving licence essential.
- Excellent command of French.
- Knowledge of German is a greatly appreciated asset.

Working Conditions
- Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- On-call service at weekends according to a set schedule.
- Holidays: 4 weeks per year, including 2 mandatory weeks (last week of July and first week of August). The remaining two weeks are to be taken separately.
