The travailPLUS Romandie entity accompanies people in a socio-professional activity measure intended to remobilize and stabilize their rhythm, thanks to a daily structure organized in a company. As a Jobcoach, you play a leading and dynamic role for the travailPLUS Geneva team.Field of activity- You set up socio-professional reintegration programs and ensure their follow-up.- You accompany, advise, and coach individuals at their place of activity.- You coordinate and follow up on skills assessments of clients and tripartite meetings with professional networks.- You participate in developing and maintaining links with our clients and partner companies.- You are able to intervene in situations of tension or conflict.What you bring- You hold a higher education degree combined with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in accompanying adults and coaching in professional insertion, supplemented by a CAS (Certificate of Advanced Studies) as a Specialist in professional insertion or holder of an equivalent level deemed equivalent, with continuing education such as interview analysis.- You have proven skills in socio-professional reintegration and a marked interest in networking.- You are comfortable and enjoy both autonomous work management and teamwork.- You have excellent knowledge of the Geneva socio-economic fabric and Swiss training pathways.- Rich in strong experience in conducting interviews with people in difficulty, you demonstrate adaptability and benevolence.- You are motivated to learn and evolve your practice in a constantly changing field.- You have a good command of office tools and ease in writing reports, and are organized and efficient in file management.- Oral and written mastery of French is required.- You are a committed person, with an expertise and analysis faculty, a sense of ethics, and are flexible and mobile, with pedagogical skills.- You can identify with the values and social mission of the Salvation Army.What we offer you- A dynamic work environment, an engaging, enriching, and diversified activity.- Good social benefits, teleworking time, an openness to continuing education and skills development.Has this awakened your interest?
