Its objective is twofold: to strengthen employability and to accompany individuals towards integration into the labor market.Do you hold a master's degree in clinical psychology, work psychology, or counseling psychology?Do you master skills assessment, coaching, and job search techniques?Do you have excellent knowledge of the French-speaking Swiss economic fabric and possess a wide network of professional contacts?Do you distinguish yourself by your excellent writing skills, your analytical mind, and are you solution-oriented?Are you dynamic, organized, and endowed with great adaptability?Do you master interview techniques and possess a sharp sense of active listening?DEMARCHE is looking for its structure Connexion-Ressources, an organization specializing in coaching and active placement, based in Lausanne and Nyon, for two Job Coaches.Permanent contract 80%-90%Your missionsAs a Job Coach, you ensure the proper follow-up of beneficiaries enrolled in the disability insurance measures of our Connexion-Ressources structure.
