To complete the team of our commercial restaurant Gina, offering Italian specialties, we are looking for a:Head Chef at 100%Specializing in Italian cuisineWe give you the opportunity to join a dynamic company that aims for collective performance, by offering working conditions to its employees as well as advantageous and very complete social coverage.In this role, your mission will be to:- Develop authentic, tasty, and generous Italian cuisine, based on fresh and seasonal products.- Actively participate in production and guarantee the quality, consistency, and presentation of dishes.- Create menus, seasonal suggestions, and event offers while respecting the identity of the restaurant.- Organize and supervise the work of the brigade to ensure smooth and efficient services.- Supervise, train, and support team members by passing on your expertise.- Manage orders, stocks, inventories, costs, and merchandise margins.- Guarantee compliance with HACCP standards as well as the cleanliness of the premises, equipment, and storage areas.Profile:- You have at least five years of experience as a Head Chef, ideally in an Italian restaurant.- You master the products, recipes, and techniques specific to Italian gastronomy.- Passionate and creative, you combine authenticity, generosity, and neat presentation.- A field manager, you know how to unite, organize, and help your team progress.- Proactive and organized, you keep your calm and efficiency during high-activity services.- You master the management and financial monitoring of a kitchen as well as hygiene standards.- You hold a CFC in cooking or an equivalent title and have a command of French.Do you wish to live this beautiful adventure and are you interested in this opportunity?
