On behalf of one of our clients based in Bussigny, we are looking for a
IT Supply Manager
As an IT Supply Manager, you will manage procurement activities, stock, as well as the traceability and reliability of data associated with the hardware and software resources of educational IT to ensure operational consistency and information quality.
Main tasks:
Ensure the procurement and decommissioning of hardware and software assets of educational IT:
- Process and monitor tickets, service requests and associated operations within your scope of responsibility according to current rules and matrices, recording the necessary information for proper processing.
- Manage the administrative follow-up of orders and supplies until their receipt, availability and closure.
- Ensure the procurement, management and reliability of stocks of hardware and software resources.
- Contribute to the decommissioning, revaluation and lifecycle monitoring of IT equipment in coordination with regional teams.
- Ensure completeness, compliance and physical or digital filing of documents related to logistics operations and equipment movements.
- Participate in the analysis and optimisation of IT supply chain flows.
Guarantee the reliability of flows and associated data:
- Ensure the reliability and consistency of data in IT and logistics systems.
- Contribute to the creation, consistency and maintenance of reference data related to hardware and software resources.
- Guarantee traceability of movements and logistics operations.
- Organise periodic inventories, analyse discrepancies and produce necessary reports within the internal control system.
- Monitor and handle discrepancies, anomalies and stock corrections in accordance with current procedures.
- Participate in the control and administrative monitoring of logistics operations and associated services.
- Produce activity monitoring indicators.
- Contribute to monitoring and applying compliance rules related to storage, handling and transport of equipment and batteries.
Collaborate with teams to ensure consistency of practices and contribute to continuous process improvement:
- Analyse flows and identify improvement opportunities.
- Participate in continuous improvement of processes and tools related to IT supply chain activities.
- Contribute to planning and business continuity.
- Participate in projects related to the service's activities.
- Ensure compliance with standards and best practices regarding responsible digital use and sustainability.
Participate in order, safety and protection of people and property:
- Contribute to the implementation and application of procedures related to premises and property security as well as protection of people.
- Ensure application of current safety and protection rules and procedures.
- Participate in maintaining logistics spaces and equipment as well as waste management.
- Ensure administrative follow-up, availability and proper use of vehicles, equipment and assets provided within activities.
- Monitor and contribute to the proper functioning and appropriate use of rented goods and services.
Respond to any request from management:
- Available to management for other tasks related to your skills.
Profile sought:
- Training in IT, logistics, management or equivalent training (CFC, Bachelor or recognised equivalent)
- Experience in stock management, procurement or logistics flows
- Ease in writing documentation and procedures (BPMN, RACI)
- Good command of IT tools, office software and logistics management systems (ITSM, ERP, logistics tools)
- Comfortable with technical and IT vocabulary
- Good understanding of ITIL practices
- Category B driving licence
- Category R/S and C licences are an asset.
