This role acts as a technical advisor, ensuring alignment between IT and business objectives while driving excellence across a wide portfolio. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact between the VP of IT and multiple IT managers, providing both technical insight and project oversight across the organization.Support- Act as a trusted advisor and right hand to the VP of IT on strategic and technical input.- Challenge IT project approaches to ensure sound decision-making.- Contribute to the definition and execution of IT strategies.Project & Portfolio Management- Oversee and manage a portfolio of IT and IoT projects across multiple regions.- Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones.- Act as a liaison between IT managers and leadership.- Ensure alignment of projects with business priorities and goals.Technical Oversight- Collaborate with IT managers and technical teams.- Review project architectures and solutions.- Act as the technical eye for the VP, ensuring consistency, quality, and feasibility.- Support decision-making on complex technical issues.Reporting & Governance- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for project tracking and reporting.- Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and KPIs.- Monitor performance across the IT portfolio.Financial & Administrative Oversight- Manage and track invoices and budgets in collaboration with finance teams.- Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial processes.- Support cost control and reporting.Requirements- Bachelor or Master s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.- 3+ years of experience in IT project management, consulting, or related roles.- Strong understanding of IT systems, architectures, and project delivery methodologies.- Experience working in an international and multicultural environment.- Work closely with senior leadership in a high-impact role.- Experience in large-scale IT projects.- Gain a broad and strategic view of IT and business environment. jid295b51baen jit0728aen jpiy26aen
