IT Solutions Specialist
Mission
Product vision & business expertise
- Gather, analyse and challenge the needs of
business users - Translate expectations into clear, value-oriented user stories
- Structure business processes and become the
functional reference - Be proactive in functional and technical design choices
- Maintain a product backlog aligned with the strategic
roadmap
Project management & cross-functional coordination
- Develop and monitor the project roadmap: objectives,
milestones, resources - Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
throughout the project lifecycle - Manage deliveries: planning, development,
testing, deployment - Ensure respect of deadlines, budget, and quality
of deliverables - Communicate regularly on progress status
and necessary decisions
Quality, testing and change management
- Write and execute functional test scenarios
(UAT) - Validate deliverables and ensure their compliance with
business expectations - Organise documentation, training and
user support - Collect field feedback to feed continuous
improvement
You
- Proven experience (5 years) in hybrid roles
PO / BA / PM - Strong understanding of information systems, APIs,
integrations, and technical constraints - Very good knowledge of business challenges, ideally
in construction, civil engineering or transport sectors - Ability to take on a functional reference role
with teams - Ease in collaborating with developers, business
teams and external partners - Mastery of various project management methodologies
and tools - Excellent listening, communication, analysis
and synthesis skills - Autonomy, rigour, initiative, and strong results orientation
