To learn more, follow this link.Missions- Pilot or support the implementation of IT solutions for Fribourg schools- Analyze needs and define functional and technical requirements- Carry out the implementation of IT solutions or collaborate on them with suppliers- Support schools and local managers in IT services- Develop and implement procedures and contribute to the continuous improvement of IT servicesDesired Profile- Federal diploma in the field, supplemented by certified training in the field of activity, or equivalent experience- Several years of professional experience in the IT field (8 to 10 years)- Analytical capacity, curiosity, and interest in public services and ease in communication with different interlocutors- Adaptability and ability to evolve solutions and tools for knowledge transfer and sharing of best practices in IT- Experience in project management (desired)- Experience in the administration of Microsoft 365 (desired)- Excellent command of French with good knowledge of GermanThe position corresponds to an ICT service manager function.
