In this context, we are looking for an IT Project Manager.Our client, a recognized player in the Swiss healthcare sector, operates an extensive network of medical centers. In a context of strong growth, they are leading an ambitious digital transformation of care, relying on digital technology and clinical excellence.MissionsThe IT Project Manager is responsible for the definition, planning, and delivery of digital projects throughout their lifecycle, from their scoping to their adoption by users. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and external partners, they play a key role in the excellence and success of project delivery.- Pilot IT projects from end to end, from scoping to production deployment- Define the scope, objectives, deadlines, and deliverables- Develop and monitor project plans, milestones, and dependencies- Coordinate testing, production deployment, and adoption phases- Ensure budget and resource managementStakeholder Management- Coordinate business (clinical, commercial) and technical stakeholders- Facilitate decision-making and ensure alignment between teams- Manage relationships with external providers and partnersGovernance, Risks & Quality- Identify, monitor, and anticipate risks, issues, and dependencies- Escalate critical subjects and propose mitigation plans- Ensure compliance with governance, quality, and security standards- Contribute to digital initiatives, including artificial intelligence- Pilot projects in merger/acquisition contexts- Identify opportunities to improve patient journeys and servicesProfile- Proven capacity for IT project management and delivery- Confirmed experience in complex environments and good skills in communication and stakeholder management- Ability to anticipate risks and make informed decisions- Structured, analytical, and results-oriented approach- Technical knowledge (infrastructures, digital)Languages- Proficiency in English- French and GermanEducation- Higher education (Bachelor or Master) in IT or information systems- Experience with external providers desired- Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system: a plus- Certification in project management (PMP, Prince2, Agile, etc.): a plusConditions and Benefits- Flexibility: flexible hours- 2 days of remote work per week jid69b96b8aen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
