## Job Description ##

We are seeking a highly motivated IT PMO to support the Vice President of IT in a dynamic, international environment. This role acts as a strategic and technical advisor, ensuring alignment between IT initiatives and business objectives while driving operational excellence across a wide portfolio of projects.

The successful candidate will serve as a key point of coordination between the VP of IT and multiple IT managers, providing both technical insight and project oversight across international initiatives.Strategic Support



* Act as a trusted advisor and "right hand" to the VP of IT on strategic and operational matters
* Provide technical input and challenge IT project approaches to ensure sound decision-making
* Contribute to the definition and execution of IT strategy across international operations



Project & Portfolio Management



* Oversee and coordinate a portfolio of IT and IoT projects across multiple regions
* Track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives
* Facilitate communication between IT managers and leadership
* Ensure alignment of projects with business priorities and strategic goals



Technical Coordination



* Engage with IT managers and technical teams to review project architectures and solutions
* Act as the "technical eye" for the VP, ensuring consistency, quality, and feasibility
* Support decision-making on complex technical topics



Operations & Governance



* Establish and maintain governance frameworks for project tracking and reporting
* Prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and presentations
* Monitor KPIs and performance indicators across the IT portfolio



Financial & Administrative Oversight



* Manage and track IT-related invoices and budgets in coordination with finance teams
* Ensure accuracy and compliance of financial processes
* Support cost control and optimization initiatives

## The Successful Applicant ##

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Engineering, or related field
* 3+ years of experience in IT project management, consulting, or strategy roles
* Strong understanding of IT systems, architectures, and project delivery methodologies
* Experience working in an international and multicultural environment
* Work closely with senior leadership in a high-impact role
* Participate in international, large-scale IT
* Gain a broad and strategic view of IT operations and transformation
* English
