Experis is looking for one of its clients an IT Operations Technician to strengthen its Operations Centre.
Mission
- Monitoring IT systems (infrastructure, applications)
- Incident management (diagnosis, follow-up, escalation)
- Service restoration according to procedures
- Technical support and documentation update
Profile
- IT training (operator or equivalent)
- Good knowledge of IT environments
- Rigour, autonomy and team spirit
- Fluent French + good level of English
Conditions
- 100% - shift hours (06:00-22:00) [
- Long-term mission
- Based in Lausanne (proximity preferred)
