Your assignment
To strengthen our team, for an assignment with our customer in the Bern area, we are looking for an IT support all-rounder with a hands-on mentality, available immediately.
IT Onsite Support Specialist (60%)
Your tasks
User support: processing tickets, supporting local users and workstations
Hardware lifecycle management, including the replacement of a larger laptop fleet
Practical on-site project support in close collaboration with an international corporate team
Assist with core switch replacement in the data center and with the migration from the virtualization environment
Your profile
Several years of experience as an ICT support specialist or IT administrator
Good knowledge of Microsoft environments (Windows, AD, M365)
Fluent German or French
Good English skills for collaboration with a global team
Autonomous, structured way of working and enjoyment of hands-on implementation
