**CONTEXT **

 

*This is a unique opportunity to **evolve**in* *an exciting* *and challenging environment**,* *co-building and* *providing* *procurement expertise to Technology**passionate stakeholders.*

Richemont is looking for a **Technology Procurement Intern** to support our Technology Procurement team.

As a member of the Group Procurement team, you report to the Head of Technology Procurement and the Technology Sourcing Manager. You will support Group Technology teams to optimize and execute sourcing strategies for IT categories, such as, software, professional services and hardware, that deliver best value in terms of quality, service and total cost of ownership.
This position is a **6-months** **fixed-term contract**, starting on March 2026.



**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**



In Close Relationship With Our Group Technology Department, Maisons And Regions, You Will Ensure The Successful Implementation of Our Procurement Policies and Strategies.

Contribute to Global Category Management:

* Support category intelligence management, including category analysis, spend and risks analysis and best practices identification, to facilitate the implementation of category strategies across the perimeter
* Support the management of the preferred suppliers list
* Propose value creation initiatives, such as rationalization opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
* Contribute to enhancing category performance reporting.

Support stakeholders in their sourcing and supplier management activities:

* Collaborate closely with stakeholders and advise them on sourcing strategies
* Actively contribute to the definition of requirements and perform procurement actions in accordance with Group policies
* Provide comprehensive procurement support for technology-related needs:

* Negotiate the best conditions TCO wise (pricing, terms and conditions, SLA,-)
* Provide procurement support throughout technology projects, including managing RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, as well as contract renewals.
* Ensure compliance with the negotiated terms 

 

**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUC****C****ESS WITH US?**

 

* You can communicate clearly and act as a team player to create the right dynamic to achieve the defined objectives and deliver the best value.
* You are curious, structured and have excellent analytical skills.
* You are fluent in both English and French.
* You are competent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
* You are available for a 6-month internship with starting date from xxxx 2026.
* You have an internship agreement with your school/university.
* You are on your fourth or ideally fifth year of your master-s degree majoring in Procurement.
