For a prestigious brand in Switzerland, we are looking for a passionate and experienced IT Infrastructure & Security Manager (M/F) for a permanent contract in Geneva.

Reporting to the Transformation & Technology Department, you are responsible for the availability, security, and performance of the entire IT infrastructure. You lead the operational IT teams and ensure a reliable, secure environment tailored to the needs of our employees. You actively contribute to the company’s digital transformation by ensuring the robustness of the technological foundation.

Your main responsibilities

  • Ensure the availability, performance, and security of the IT infrastructure (on-premise and cloud)
  • Manage Systems & Networks, User Support, Workplace, and Cybersecurity activities
  • Ensure quality of service for users
  • Define and implement cybersecurity and access governance policies (IAM)
  • Oversee daily IT operations: support, monitoring, backups, interventions
  • Manage providers, suppliers, and IT contracts related to infrastructure
  • Ensure service continuity and manage major incidents
  • Administer the licence portfolio and monitor budget commitments
  • Manage, develop, and structure a technical team of 4 to 5 people with complementary profiles (systems, support, workplace)
  • Produce regular reporting to the Transformation & Technology Department

Your profile

  • Higher education in computer science, information systems, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in a multi-site environment (retail, distribution, or sectors requiring high availability)
  • Strong skills in hybrid infrastructure (on-premise / cloud), networks, virtualisation, and security
  • Proven experience managing technical teams, with direct responsibility for at least 4 to 5 team members
  • Knowledge of Microsoft environments (Azure, M365), ITSM principles, and cybersecurity frameworks
  • Operational rigour, service orientation, and results-driven
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with business and IT teams in a transformation context
  • Fluent French is essential; English is an advantage
  • Analytical mindset, autonomy, and sense of responsibility
