In the context of digital transformation and strengthening regulatory requirements, we are looking for an IT Continuity Manager to ensure the continuity of critical IT services and system resilience. You will be responsible for defining, implementing, and monitoring IT continuity plans (BCP / DRP), in close collaboration with IT, Risk, and Business teams.Responsibilities- Define and maintain the IT Continuity strategy (BCP / DRP / ITSCM)- Lead business impact analyses (BIA) and identify critical services- Implement and maintain continuity and disaster recovery plans- Organize and coordinate continuity tests (crash tests, crisis exercises)- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations (ISO, FINMA)- Manage major incidents and coordinate the response in crisis situations- Raise team awareness and promote a culture of IT resilience- Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business teamsYour profile- Higher education in IT, security, or risk management- Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience in IT Continuity, Disaster Recovery, or Risk Management- Good command of frameworks: ISO / ITIL / ITSM- BIA / BCM- Experience in critical environments (banking, insurance, industry, regulated sector)- Ability to manage crisis situations and coordinate different stakeholders- Good understanding of IT infrastructures (cloud, network, systems)Send us your CV now and participate in building a more resilient IT environment. jidd9dddc4aen jit0624aen jpiy26aen
