Investment Advisory SupportDo you enjoy being in direct contact with various interest groups? Then we would like to meet you!What you will do:- You assist investment advisory teams in Zurich and Olten, as well as in Lausanne and Geneva if necessary, in their advisory activities and handle related tasks.- You respond to client requests (primarily by phone, email, and via the CRM system) regarding products and services in general, and more specifically, our offering and services in the investment sector.- You enter client data into the system.- You take charge of and assume other Support tasks, such as managing the intranet, SharePoint, and data storage for the advisory sector.- Together with your colleagues in the Investment Advisory Support sector, you contribute to ensuring a high level of service quality, notably through your expertise.What we expect:- Banking training and solid professional experience in the investment advisory support sector.- Up-to-date specialized knowledge.- Good knowledge of the regulatory framework.- Affinity for technology and processes.- Good communication skills.- Engaging personality capable of building networks.- Intrinsic interest in ecological and social issues.- Ability to work in a team, desire to learn, open-mindedness, solution-oriented, and flexibility.- Very good oral and written expression in German and French required.- Knowledge of the Finnova system is an advantage.- If necessary, travel to Lausanne and Geneva.What we offer:- We have a salary model that guarantees equal pay for work of equal value. Our salaries are transparent internally, and we guarantee a maximum salary gap of 1:5 between the lowest and highest salary.
