Description
réso.ne is the new reference outpatient health network of the canton of Neuchâtel.
Born from the desire of the Neuchâtel Hospital Network (RHNe) to sustainably strengthen the local healthcare offer, réso.ne is at the heart of the cantonal health policy 2025–2030. Its mission is to guarantee the population coordinated, efficient and sustainable access to outpatient care, in close complementarity with city medicine and all actors of the health system.
réso.ne develops an integrated network of medical centres distributed across the cantonal territory, notably in Neuchâtel, La Chaux-de-Fonds, Fleurier and Geneveys-sur-Coffrane. This organisation promotes continuity of care, coordination between professionals and smooth patient management, whether for scheduled consultations, longitudinal follow-up or non-life-threatening urgent situations.
Thanks to a strong partnership with the RHNe, réso.ne benefits from privileged access to hospital expertise, innovative medical projects, modern coordination tools and facilitated access to continuing education and documentation. This collaboration strengthens links between actors and improves the patient care pathway.
Beyond its clinical mission, réso.ne places training and knowledge transfer at the heart of its development. In a context of growing shortage in primary care medicine, we actively invest in supporting young doctors, postgraduate training and skills development within multidisciplinary teams.
Joining réso.ne means participating in an ambitious and innovative health project, driven by values of proximity, collaboration and excellence. It also means integrating a modern, human and stimulating work environment, where doctors can practise their profession under the best conditions, to the direct benefit of the Neuchâtel population.
