Headquartered in Plan-les-Ouates (GE, Switzerland), Vacheron Constantin operates a global distribution network of nearly 200 points of sale across 36 countries. Our workforce is comprised of approximately 1,500 passionate employees organised into seven geographic regions. Our principal manufacturing facility in Plan-les-Ouates is complemented by a second manufacturing site in Le Brassus, (VD, Switzerland).

**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?**
* The International Training Manager will lead and oversee all training and coaching initiatives across our regions, with a focus on direct management of the European zone. You will ensure the consistent implementation of global training strategies while adapting them to the specific business needs of each region
* Reporting to the Business Operations & Excellence Director, you will have direct responsibility for the European market, managing the European regional Trainer and have dotted-line responsibility for a team of 7+ regional trainers
* You will support local market needs and drive excellence in boutique teams- development, empowerment, and client experience
* You will drive excellence in boutique teams- development, empowerment, training programs, and operational coaching
**HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?**
**Training strategy & Business alignment**
* You act as a key strategic partner by representing the voice of the field and ensuring that training initiatives effectively support business objectives, through close collaboration with markets, the Business Ops & Excellence team, and key stakeholders
* You identify and escalate training needs and field insights to top management, helping to influence strategic decision-making and align priorities across the organization
* You partner with the Business Ops & Excellence team to design and deploy training programs that enhance sales capabilities, client engagement, and service excellence
* You ensure the consistent rollout of global training strategies across all regions, with a strong focus on Europe
* You structure the training approach (planning, assessments, reporting, etc.) to maintain the Maison standards and consistency across all boutiques
**Operational training and support**
* You support regional trainers with operational training, coaching routines, relevant training plans, follow-up, and ongoing feedback
* You train directly with the Europe Regional Trainer across 20+ boutiques in Europe, as well as oversee the wholesale network
* In collaboration with the Business Ops & Excellence team and key stakeholders, you animate the training community through weekly, monthly, and quarterly routines, and contribute to the design and animation of major events (DW, WW, training seminars, etc.)
* You monitor training effectiveness through performance metrics and field impact
* You collaborate with the Training Academy and Retail Excellence to ensure trainers and boutique teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to deliver a seamless and the best possible client experience
* You conduct regular market visits to provide hands-on coaching and gather insights to share with the Business Ops & Excellence team, helping to adapt priorities and content needs accordingly
**Team Management & Collaboration**
* You manage the Europe Regional Trainer and you have a dotted-line responsibility for the ~7 regional trainers
* You foster collaboration, sharing of best practices, and continuous development within the training community
* You act as a training relay; you develop regional trainers (support recruitment and onboarding of any new regional trainer)
* You drive boutique teams- development and empowerment
**Requirements**
You are motivated by:

You have:
* You have 8+ years of experience in training, coaching including international or multi-regional exposure in the **High watchmaking and/or Luxury industry**
* You have a strong understanding of high watchmaking business, client experience & retail operations and you can align training strategies with business objectives
* You are fluent in English and French, additional languages are a plus
* You have Leadership skills, excellent communication, coaching and facilitation skills as well as organizational skills
* You are adaptable and agile towards changes and business priorities, solution driven and client-centric mindset with attention to detail
* You can work cross-functionally and communicate complex insights effectively
* You are collaborative and you have a strong team spirit
