## Description du poste ##

We are recruiting, on behalf of an international industrial company, an **International Sales Manager Europe** to support the commercial development of several European markets.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Drive sales growth and identify new business opportunities across the assigned European markets.
* Define and implement a mid- to long-term commercial strategy for your territory.
* Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, partners, agents, and distributors.
* Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify new projects.
* Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to guide commercial actions.
* Follow up on commercial and technical offers through to successful completion.
* Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure high service quality and smooth project execution.
* Support, train, and develop commercial partners across the region to maximize market coverage and performance.
* Provide regular reporting on sales activity and monitor key performance indicators.

**Profile**

* Higher education degree, ideally Mechanical Engineering with a solid technical expertise in hydraulics, chemicals, wastewater
* Proven experience in an **international B2B sales role across Europe**.
* Strong ability to develop new markets and manage complex sales cycles.
* Comfortable working with clients, partners, and distribution networks in an international environment.
* Fluent in English; any additional European language would be a plus.
* Autonomous, structured, results-driven, and commercially minded.
* Willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
