International Assistance Managers (50% to 100%)
Start date: as soon as possible - 09.2026 or 10.2026
Your challenges
Handling calls and managing claims for illness or accident
Verification of insurance coverage and immediate processing of requests
Requests for information regarding case management
Processing urgent requests to block credit cards
Contacts with various service providers in Switzerland and internationally
What you bring
Very good command of German (level C) or Swiss German (spoken and written)
Proficiency in French and English
Education at maturity level
Communication skills and good writing in the mentioned languages
Calmness and empathy when dealing with clients in stressful situations, respect for confidentiality
Ease in using IT tools and the internet
Flexibility and availability for irregular hours 7 days a week
At least one weekend per month, according to a schedule set in advance.
Assets
Proficiency in Italian or other languages
Knowledge of geography and interest in international matters and travel
Previous experience in customer service
