To strengthen our team in Payerne, we are looking for an internal sales specialist for the PPE product range and workshop equipment.
Internal Sales Specialist for (PPE) & Workshop Equipment (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Ensure customer satisfaction and relationship, from order to invoicing within the agreed deadlines
- Support external sales advisors and specialists in their projects, including technical assistance, preparation and follow-up of offers, as well as handling complaints and returns
- Process orders, offers, invoices, deliveries, returns and quality-related processes reliably
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding delivery delays and ensure transparent information
- Provide technical advice, promote sales and propose suitable alternatives
- Contribute to achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives while actively collaborating within the team
Your Profile
- Ideally experience in the field of personal protective equipment
- Experience in customer service
- Comfortable with demanding customers and strongly solution-oriented
- Very good command of SAP and modern IT tools
- Knowledge of French and German, good written level and negotiation skills
- A dynamic and enthusiastic person, who values customer contact
- Place of residence: Payerne region and surroundings
