Introduction

The Morges Christmas Market Association is looking for an intern in event administration and logistics to join our dynamic team. This 5 to 6 month internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the organisation of an iconic and meaningful event welcoming over 100,000 visitors, while developing your professional skills in a stimulating, friendly, and socially rich environment.

Starting August 2026

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating activities related to the Christmas Market.
• Support the director's activities before the event.
• Manage administrative tasks, including document and communication management.
• Collaborate with exhibitors, partners, and service providers to ensure the smooth running of the event.
• Participate in on-site logistics before, during, and after the event.
• Support catering and F&B management activities before and during the event.
• Provide general support to the team for various organisational tasks.

Qualifications

• Student or recent graduate in management, events, administration, or tourism.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of IT tools (MS Office, online management tools, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience in event organisation is an asset.
• Flexibility and availability, especially during the event period.
