You integrate your actions into the policy defined by the Care Directorate and you deploy the work axes and projects initiated by your department. You ensure the proper deployment of projects initiated within the Obstetrics Department.Thanks to your listening skills and powers of persuasion, you promote interdisciplinary work and develop team spirit to guarantee the quality and efficiency of care provided to patients and families.
