For our client, we are currently looking for an interim HR Manager for a period of 3-6 months.Our client is a well-known company in Switzerland.Responsibilities:- Support and accompany line managers with any specific requests- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts effectively- Support the HR Assistant with the management of payroll processes and HR administration- Maintain HR records and reports as required- Support with the continuous improvement of HR processes and policiesProfile:- Previous experience within a small to mid-sized company within an HR Manager role- Ability to manage HR in Switzerland and oversee recruitment processes- High level of diplomacy and ability to handle key stakeholders within the organization- Strong organizational and multitasking skills- Fluency in English and available for an interim assignmentOur client offers you:- Flexible working conditions- Possibility of working from home jidd6db86eaen jit0625aen jpiy26aen
