HR ManagerThe Crèche du Centre Croquelune in Nyon is a structure that is part of the Nyon network for day care of children. It is currently spread over 2 sites and welcomes children from the end of maternity leave until the age of school entry.MISSION:The HR Manager is a member of the Management team and works closely with the General Manager, the Pedagogical Managers, the Board of Trustees, and partners.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage the employee life cycle from recruitment to departure.- Establish amendments, employment contracts, and ensure notifications to social insurance and the LPP (occupational pension scheme).- Ensure the monitoring of personnel, HR files, and absences.- Prepare and check salaries in collaboration with the fiduciary.- Manage illness, accident, loss of earnings (APG), and insurance monitoring.- Ensure the monitoring of training and personnel development.- Develop HR budgets, reports, and dashboards intended for Management and the Board of Trustees.- Collaborate with external partners (fiduciary, insurance, others) and participate in monthly Board of Trustees meetings (in the evening).YOUR PROFILE- Degree in Human Resources with a Federal Diploma or Master's, confirmed experience in a similar function for a few years.- Very good knowledge of Swiss labor law and social insurance.- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to support employees with listening and benevolence.- Ability to mediate and manage sensitive situations.- Rigor, discretion, autonomy, team spirit, and sense of organization.WE OFFER- A varied function and a dynamic work environment.- An opportunity to actively contribute to the management and development of the structure.We thank you for sending us a complete file accompanied by a letter explaining your vision and philosophy of the function.
