The HR Manager is a key business partner supporting a large, fast-moving function headquartered in Geneva. This role is at the intersection of people and day-to-day HR execution, working closely with leaders to ensure teams are staffed, supported, and able to perform.MissionsAct as a Trusted HR Partner- Serve as the primary HR contact for managers and staff within the function.- Provide clear, advice on topics such as workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and organizational changes.- Support leaders in making fair, consistent, and timely people decisions aligned with HR policies.Delivery- Manage and execute HR activities across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding.- Work closely with HR partners, shared service teams, and specialists to ensure smooth execution and consistent service delivery.- Contribute actively to recruitment processes, ensuring roles are filled efficiently and new hires are well integrated.- Monitor service quality, identify bottlenecks, and improve HR processes to make them efficient and user-friendly.Support Leaders, Teams, and Engagement- Coach managers on leadership practices, team dynamics, and performance management.- Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful working environment where people feel supported and engaged.- Promote employee wellbeing, psychological safety, and constructive dialogue across teams.- Support the resolution of team and interpersonal issues with professionalism and empathy.Ensure Governance and Compliance- Ensure HR practices comply with internal frameworks, employment law, and contractual obligations.- Handle sensitive cases with care, confidentiality, and sound judgment.- Contribute to consistent and transparent HR decision-making across the organization.Education and Background- A university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field; professional HR certification is an asset.- 7-10 years of professional experience, including several years in HR roles with a strong operational focus.- Experience working in complex, international environments.- Solid knowledge of core HR disciplines, including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and workforce planning.- Familiarity with employment law; knowledge of Swiss labor law is an asset.Skills and Mindset- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.- Solution-oriented approach with a strong sense of accountability.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and remain effective in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.- Comfort working across cultures and with diverse stakeholders.- Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution and follow-up.- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.- Confidence using HR systems and digital tools to support efficient ways of working.Conditions and Benefits- 3 months of temporary contract.- Hybrid work model with days of home office. jide81dd56aen jit0418aen jpiy26aen
