For one of our clients active in the construction sector and based in Geneva, we are looking for a:Accounting and HR ManagerPermanent position, 100% activity rateMISSION DESCRIPTION- Maintenance of general accounting, closings, and annual accounts (CO)- Management of treasury, budgets, VAT, and complete HR: salaries, Swiss labor law insurance, and construction collective labor agreements (CCT)- Monitoring of absences, accidents, illnesses, and legal requirements- Financial and HR reporting to management- Optimization of accounting and HR processesPROFILE- Degree in accounting, finance, or HR (Brevet, Bachelor, or equivalent)- Confirmed experience in Switzerland in a similar role and sector- Good knowledge of the construction sector and its conventions- Mastery of Swiss accounting, social insurance, and Excel- Autonomous, structured, reliable, with a strong sense of confidentiality jid5509c47aen jit0417aen jpiy26aen
