Profile: University degree or accounting qualification, Federal certificate of specialist in finance and accounting is valued, Professional experience of 3 to 5 years in the accounting field in Switzerland, in a fiduciary, audit firm, or within an accounting department of a service company, Mastery of accounting specifics related to the real estate sector (rents, provisions, condominiums, etc.), Comfort with Swiss VAT, Perfect command of common tools (Abacus a plus). Analytical skills, rigor, autonomy, and ability to work on multiple files simultaneously, Service orientation and team spirit. Main responsibilities: Processing fiduciary accounting, Support on specific missions related to the real estate accounting for institutional clients, Monitoring payments, reconciliations, and management of receivables and payables, Ensuring the accounting of various companies (SI, SA) up to closing, Establishing quarterly, semi-annual closings and the continuity of accounting processes, Various tasks as per agreement.
