Manufacturing Engineer (M/F) – Puidoux Site Join a key player in the medical field At Resonetics, we push the boundaries of technology in service of medical devices and diagnostics. Our cutting-edge technologies enable our clients to innovate and improve lives through the Puidoux site, which has 150 employees and is a supplier of high-precision metal tubes and components for medical devices. In a context of growth and strong regulatory requirements, we are strengthening our Engineering team and seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer, capable of combining leadership and expertise. Mission As a Manufacturing Engineer, you are the technical reference for your sector and a key player in performance. Present on the ground, you support production on methods, settings while developing and standardizing robust processes. You contribute to continuous improvement, lead problem-solving efforts, and deploy tools. You manage process development projects from specifications to equipment qualification, integrating quality, safety, and environmental requirements. You supervise the maintenance team, structuring priorities, developing skills, and ensuring the reliability of equipment. Responsibilities ?? Support production & technical expertise Provide support to production as a technical process reference (methods, adjustments, standardize and update work instructions, procedures, and standards. ?? Continuous improvement & performance Improve the performance of production through collaboration with production supervisors, process engineers, and quality engineers. Deploy and animate Lean tools (visual management, 5S, TPM, Kaizen, standard work, SMED, Kanban…). Train teams on best practices and continuous improvement tools. ?? Problem-solving & risk management Participate in and lead problem-solving efforts (non-conformities). Implement corrective actions and ensure their effectiveness. Update PFMEAs as part of risk analysis. ?? Projects & processes Manage process development projects, from specifications to the qualification of equipment (IQ, OQ, PQ). ?? Hygiene, Safety & Environment Support and promote Hygiene, Safety, and Environmental activities within the production sector. ?? Management & Maintenance Supervise and develop the maintenance team. Structure priorities, organize activities, and strengthen the skills of the team. Ensure the reliability and availability of production equipment. Your profile You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in industry, ideally in a regulated environment by ISO standards. You hold an engineering degree (HES, ES), Master's, or other technical qualification complemented by Lean training. You have prior experience in team management (ideally in maintenance or technical environment) and are recognized for your leadership. You possess strong analytical skills and the discernment necessary to proactively identify and solve complex problems. You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.
