Les Transports Publics Neuchâtelois SA (transN) originate from the successive mergers of companies in the canton of Neuchâtel. Specialising in the operation of a network of public rail and road transport, both urban and regional, we carry 27.5 million passengers per year on 38 lines and 293 km of network.

Infrastructure Reporting Coordinator



Purpose of the role:


- Responsibility towards the Technical and Infrastructure Management and the OFT for monitoring the implementation of the four-year financing agreement at the maintenance and project level.

- Support function in the financial monitoring and overall planning of the infrastructure department's activities

- Carrying out occasional assignments in the form of projects within the infrastructure department

- Support to project managers in controlling and monitoring their contractors

- Ultimately: Interface with the data management service for Infra indicators


Description of tasks and responsibilities

- Assistance in drafting and monitoring the service agreement offer (CP)

- Reporting support for monitoring the evolution of the CP

- Participation in specialised OFT sessions

- Participation in the monthly projects and maintenance meeting

- Responsible for pre-project mandates (drafting with clients)

- Responsible for transmitting mandates at project kick-off

- Preparation and updating of mandates


Education / Technical skills

- Tertiary education (ES, HES, UNI, EPF) in technical or administrative fields

- Skills in project management, planning and reporting

- Holder of basic training or experience in the railway sector

- If possible, in-depth knowledge of DE-OCF and railway-related standards

- Strong sense of responsibility and high sensitivity to safety issues

- Holder of a category B driving licence
