Beschreibung
Safran Timing Technologies is a specialist player in the manufacture and testing of high-technology Atomic Clocks (Neuchâtel) and MEMS Accelerometers (Yverdon). Equipped with modern workshops and controlled atmosphere areas (Clean Room), our human-scale industrial site is looking for its future Infrastructure Maintenance Manager (M/F) to lead and co-execute all technical operations at the Neuchâtel site.
You will work alongside your counterpart at the Yverdon site.
INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGER (M/F)
Your Missions
1. Responsibilities.
- You are responsible for the availability of the functional infrastructure for production.
- You schedule external and internal maintenance interventions.
- As the SME energy correspondent, you ensure its management, preparation for audits, and implementation of energy improvement measures.
- Supporting the HSE manager, you deploy the HSE culture and ensure compliance with Safran’s HSE requirements.
2. Operational Maintenance & Projects (60% of the time)
- Infrastructure, HVAC & Clean Room: You manage and execute maintenance of Air Handling Units (AHUs), chillers, and HEPA filters. You ensure strict compliance with temperature, humidity, overpressure parameters, and ESD devices.
- New Works & Installations: With the team, you carry out the installation and physical connection of new production machines.
- Subcontracting: You supervise external contractors for mandatory regulatory inspections and maintenance.
- Production Equipment: With the maintenance team, you directly intervene on complex breakdowns of ovens, vacuum pumping systems (tanks), and cleaning systems (electronic boards and small mechanics).
3. Management, Planning & Digital Transition (40% of the time)
- Common process with the Yverdon site. Tools, management and continuous improvement.
- Implementation of CMMS: This is your major project of the year! You actively participate in the deployment of our future CMMS to replace our current maintenance file (data structuring, machine sheets, training your team).
- Planning: You organise the schedule of preventive and corrective interventions, ensuring no impact on customer delivery flows.
- Leadership: You manage your 2 technicians daily and develop their technical versatility. You optimise the stock of critical spare parts.
4. Health, Safety, Environment (HSE)
- You ensure and manage regulatory compliance and control of HSE risks related to the site’s infrastructure and industrial equipment, guaranteeing a safe and compliant working environment, and supporting operational teams in applying HSE requirements.
- You manage emergency prevention plans and the purchase of work equipment and personal protective equipment.
5. Energy Management System (EMS):
- Group Interface: You are the official energy correspondent of the site with the Safran SED Group. You ensure consumption reporting (electricity, gas), share best practices, and implement the overall environmental roadmap locally in partnership with the Safran SED group energy manager.
- Utilities optimisation: You target energy saving opportunities, particularly on high-consumption equipment: Air Handling Units (AHUs), vacuum pumping systems and chillers.
Your Profile
- Education / Experience: Graduated in industrial maintenance, electrical engineering, you have successful experience in demanding industrial environments (Electronics, Pharmaceuticals, Food), ideally with experience in clean rooms and/or HVAC management.
- Key skills: Strong skills in HVAC, electricity and energy. Initial experience or strong interest in deploying a CMMS is essential.
- Soft skills: You are a hands-on manager ("player-coach"), recognised for your team spirit, responsiveness to production emergencies and operational rigour. Ability to work cross-functionally, pedagogy and field communication, analytical mindset and risk prevention.
Why join us?
- A comprehensive role combining management and technical field expertise.
- A high-technology, human-scale environment.
