Local Manager - Critical Infrastructure & MES Systems (M/F)
Your mission will be to manage the organisation of the infrastructure administrators team related to MES (Manufacturing Execution System) solutions and ensure the availability of the managed systems.

For this, your responsibilities will be:
- Coordinate the platform development team
- Administer and supervise technical resources
- Optimise system availability, performance and security
- Manage evolutions and deployments
- Handle complex Level 3 incidents
- Manage the platform lifecycle
- Ensure the proper functioning of industrial production control services and workshop equipment
- Guarantee technical deliverables in accordance with project deadlines
- Participate in the managers' on-call service and advanced support
Profile sought:
- Higher education in computer science (HES Engineer…)
- 3 years of experience in a similar position managing a team of at least 5 collaborators
- Operational experience with system infrastructures (MS Cluster, SQL Server AlwaysOn, LoadBalancer, Kubernetes…)
- DevOps culture and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Advanced troubleshooting skills, mastery of monitoring tools and dashboards
- Awareness of information security
- Strong leadership and very good listening skills
- Customer-oriented, service-minded and good interpersonal skills
- Proactive, highly autonomous, quality-oriented and strong team spirit
