With more than a hundred thousand users and a vast network spread over several cantons, they design, operate, and evolve critical systems that serve missions with significant social impact. As part of strengthening their teams, we are looking for an Architect of Infrastructure & Cloud (M/F).MISSION DESCRIPTIONAs an Infrastructure Architect, you will design, structure, and evolve the technical architectures of systems whether on-premise, cloud, or hybrid. You will ensure the coherence, performance, security, and sustainability of the infrastructures, in alignment with the IT system and business requirements.Main missions:- Design and maintain the overall architecture of infrastructures (servers, storage, networks, cloud).- Define standards, reference frameworks, and best practices for architecture.- Develop and evolve the technical mapping and infrastructure roadmap.- Anticipate technological developments and future needs.- Optimize the performance, resilience, and costs of infrastructures.- Participate in technological choices (studies, POCs, benchmarks).- Support IT projects from the scoping phase (needs, constraints, risks).- Work closely with teams and partners to integrate security, service continuity, and compliance requirements.- Contribute to tenders and structuring projects with your technical expertise.Technical Environment:- Systems: Windows Server- Containers: VMware, Kubernetes, Docker- Cloud: Microsoft 365, Azure- Networks & Security: LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, load balancers- Storage & Backup: SAN/NAS, backup solutions- Tools: ITSM, monitoringProfile:- Hold a master's or confirm experience (minimum of 5 years) in architecture or engineering with expertise in complex infrastructures, cloud, and hybrid environments.- Ability to formalize architecture diagrams and documentation.- Proficient in recognized technologies (VMware, Microsoft, Azure/AWS, Cisco, Fortinet).- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, along with technical leadership and a proactive attitude.- Comfortable in critical and high-stakes environments: excellent oral and written communication skills.- English: good technical level required.What is offered:- A position in a high-impact social environment and large-scale projects related to healthcare.- Conditions: 13th month salary, 25 vacation days (30 days from age 50).- Remote work possible up to 40%.- Competitive social benefits.- Facilitated accessibility (transportation/subsidized parking).Interested in a key role in a critical and meaningful IT system?
