The Réseau Santé Balcon du Jura (RSBJ) is looking for an Expert Nurse in the prevention of healthcare-associated infections (EPIAS) at 30%.This role plays a key part in the safety of patients, staff, and visitors. Through your expertise, you actively contribute to reducing infectious risks and promoting a strong institutional culture of hygiene and quality.Main missions:- Define, deploy, and evaluate protocols and procedures for infection prevention and control- Analyze epidemiological data to guide concrete and measurable actions- Support professionals on a daily basis by strengthening their skills and vigilance regarding infectious risks- Coordinate the actions of hygiene and infection prevention representatives- Prepare and lead HPCI meetings with Management- Lastingly influence practices through targeted audits and training- Manage at-risk situations (epidemics, infectious alerts) and coordinate necessary actions- Ensure regulatory and scientific monitoring in connection with cantonal and federal authorities- Participate in RSBJ safety-quality commissions- Guarantee compliance with hygiene standards in institutional projects (works, equipment, specific processes)Your profile:- Tertiary education diploma: Bachelor in nursing or equivalent title- EPIAS diploma- Several years of experience in interprofessional care- Autonomy and sense of responsibilityStart date: July 1st or by arrangementIf interested, please send us your complete application file (CV, copies of diplomas, work certificates, and cover letter). jid351f147aen jit0626aen jpiy26aen
