To complete our teams, in our building in Boudry, we are looking for a Manager H/FMissions:The manager ensures the progress of the project portfolio and production processes. They choose technical solutions to improve the production process using tools such as X experience and FMEA. They supervise their team, manage the workload and progress of projects, and make informed decisions based on management guidelines. They act as a liaison between departments and actively participate in the entity's improvement process. The manager reports directly to the Development Manager.Main tasks:Project management: Plan, organize, and coordinate the project portfolio, draft project specifications, and ensure reporting on the progress of projects.Optimization of industrial processes: Propose and implement innovative solutions, collaborate with other entities, and share expertise.Team management: Supervise the team, motivate, train, and evaluate performance.Ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards.Strategy and development: Develop a vision to define measurable objectives and encourage innovation within the team.Profile:Engineering degree or equivalent deemed suitable for the position in mechanics or equivalent, with professional experience in an industrial environment, ideally in watchmaking.In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes and product development, from design to industrialization.Skills in project management and risk analysis.Autonomy, leadership, and ability to motivate a team.Knowledge of tools (ERP, Office Suite, etc.) and continuous improvement techniques.Ability to solve technical problems and make decisions.You will be integrated into a dynamic and caring team, within an innovative structure equipped with cutting-edge technologies.
