Philippe SA Geneva Watch Project Manager (H/F) Mission As part of this function, in our Product Service of the Methods Division, you will be responsible for independently managing projects for our new Watch and Clothing products. Responsibilities Analyze and guide the watchmaking constructions based on the processes available to production, the necessary means (basic data, instructions, tooling, plans, etc.) for assembly of new products within the established criteria. Ensure the management by establishing regular reporting on the progress of the development process, in order to guarantee the delivery of our timepieces within the defined deadlines. Ensure sharing within the team and with all concerned stakeholders. Profile Master's degree in mechanical or micromechanics engineering or equivalent. Minimum of 8 years of experience in the watchmaking sector, ideally in the field of clothing and/or in project management and quality tools (FMEA, 8D, SPC, etc.). Proficiency in an ERP (ideally SAP). Knowledge in CAD (ideally Solidworks). Analytical skills and critical thinking. Ability to communicate concisely and suggestively, autonomy, and initiative with a team spirit.
